1)      Development Plan Review of applicant Jeffrey Tefft and owner Vivian Stone c/o Oscar Tefft to construct a 6,000 square foot (40’x150’) structure on a portion of the existing foundation for the parking and storage of fuel delivery trucks, with related exterior parking, improved access drive, and construction erosion control measures; located at 1155 Main Street on approximately 11.6 acres, being Plat 5A Lot 8 in the General Business GB district portion of the split-zoned lot.

2)      Pre-Application submission of applicant Solar DG LLC and owner Cherry Croft Fam LLC to construct a 2.8 MW AC (3.864 MW DC) ground-mounted solar energy system, encompassing approximately 11.8 acres for the array and project limits with related access driveway and gate, grading, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, stormwater/drainage structures and best management practices, and electric service extension and equipment; located at 180 Shannock Hill Road, being Plat 8E Lot 1, and entailing a 2-lot minor subdivision to create a 19.03 acres for the array, a zone change on the 19.03 acres from a Residential R-2 district to a Residential R-3 district, and a Comprehensive Community Plan amendment.
