1) Development Plan Review of applicant OSD Main Street Solar LLC and owner Mikent, Inc. to construct a 998kW DC (828kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system, encompassing approximately 5.3 acres for the array and project limits, and related access driveway and gate, grading, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, stormwater/drainage structures and best management practices, and electric service extension and equipment, with a land condominium and access easement to distinguish ownership; located at 1219 Main Street on 8.337 acres, being Plat 5B Lot 4 in a General Business GB district.
2) Public Informational Meeting for a Master Plan application by applicant The Preserve at Boulder Hills, LLC & MTM Development Corp. and owners The Preserve at Boulder Hills, LLC; The Preserve at Boulder Hills II, LLC; The Preserve at Boulder Hills III, LLC; MTM Investment Group LP; Stanislaw and Brenda Pukas; & Castle Residences LLC for “The Preserve at Boulder Hills Phase 2”, a major land development project comprised of residential, equestrian, day care, private club, health club, outdoor recreation, clubhouse, and vehicle service station/convenience store uses, as well as novelty sleeping uses adjacent to clubhouses and open space, serviced by on-site individual septic systems and wells in addition to connection to the Town’s water system by Route 138, and clustered in sites throughout five (5) lots, with associated lighting, landscaping, traffic, fiscal impact, wetlands, hydrogeological, open space/wildlife, building, and development overlay plans and analyses; located at 87 Kingstown Road; Kingstown Road; 51 Old Switch Road; Old Switch Road; and Kenyon Hill Trail on a total of 752.3 acres, being Plat 6B Lot 4; Plat 5B Lot 38; Plat 6A Lot 5; Plat 6A Lot 25; and Plat 6B Lot 2, in the Planned Development Resort PDR; Planned Development PD; and Light Industrial LI zoning districts, and requiring a recommendation to the Zoning Board of Review for a special use permit for the vehicle service station/convenience store in the PD zone.
