1)      Development Plan Review and Pre-Application of applicant and owner Chariho Regional School District to replace the existing temporary RYSE classroom structure on the Chariho Regional Middle/High School campus with a new 13,415 square foot “Alternative Learning Academy”, encompassing a little over 2 acres’ limits of disturbance, and related amended parking and traffic layout, re-routing of new utilities and effluent, relocation of septic tank and pump station, new water line tie-in, construction phasing and erosion control measures, and subsurface infiltration drainage structure; located at 453 Switch Road on 57 acres, being Plat 10B Lot 2 in a Residential R-3 district.

1)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner Darrell Bouchard to construct a 250kW DC (216kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system on a commercial farm, encompassing approximately 0.95 acres for the array and 1.15 acres for the project limits, and related access driveway and gate, construction erosion control measures, and electric service extension and equipment; located at 3738 South County Trail as accessory to the existing agricultural operation on 10.4 acres, being Plat 8E Lot 17 in a Residential R-3 district.

 

2)      Development Plan Review of applicant Darrell Bouchard and owner Mary M. Kaskewsky Trust (c/o Walter A. Kaskewsky) to construct a 250kW DC (216kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system on a commercial farm, encompassing approximately 0.88 acres for the array and 1.16 acres for the project limits, and related access driveway and gate, construction erosion control measures, and electric service extension and equipment; located at 139 Heaton Orchard Road as accessory to the existing agricultural operation on 53.3 acres, being Plat 8E Lot 7 in a Residential R-3 district.

 

3)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner The Lynch-Chase LLC to construct a 250kW DC (216kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system on a commercial farm, encompassing approximately 0.9 acres for the array and 1 acre for the project limits, and related access driveway and gate, construction erosion control measures, and electric service extension and equipment; located at 3671 South County Trail as accessory to the existing agricultural operation on 65 acres, being Plat 7F Lot 6-1 in a Residential R-3 district.

 

4)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner Darrell Bouchard to construct a 250kW DC (216kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system on a commercial farm, encompassing approximately 0.91 acres for the array and 0.98 acres for the project limits, and related access driveway and gate, construction erosion control measures, and electric service extension and equipment; located on South County Trail as accessory to the existing agricultural operation on 81.3 acres, being Plat 8F Lot 12 in a Residential R-3 district.

 

5)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner Darrell Bouchard to construct a 250kW DC (216kW AC) ground-mounted solar energy system on a commercial farm, encompassing approximately 1.04 acres for the array and 1.55 acres for the project limits, and related access driveway and gate, construction erosion control measures, and electric service extension and equipment; located on Switch Road as accessory to the existing agricultural operation on 40 acres, being Plat 9A Lot 15 in a Residential R-3 district.
