2)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner Karlin Corporation to construct a 7,368 square foot (60’x122.8’) addition at the rear of the existing manufacturing building, and related construction erosion control measures but not triggering additional off-street parking; located at 75 Stilson Road on 6 acres, being Plat 4B Lot 45 in an Industrial I district.

3)      Development Plan Review of applicant and owner John Wilson to enlarge the existing structure to a total of 7,470 square feet (83’x90’) to accommodate a change in use from Car wash to Package store, and related parking and landscaping; located at 5 Stilson Road on 1 acre, being Plat 5B Lot 62-2 in a General Business GB district.

4)      Combined Pre-Application and Preliminary Plan application of applicant The Dalzell, LLC c/o Peter Jannotta and owners The Dalzell, LLC and Perreault Family Real Estate Partnership for a minor 3-lot residential subdivision; located on Beaver River Road, being Plat 8E Lots 4 & 4-1 in a Residential R-2 district.
