1.)        Petition of Cassandra L. Fugere, 19 Oakland Road, Richmond, requesting a special use permit to keep up to nine roosters on the premises in an R-3 zoning district, pursuant to Chapters 18.60 and 18.30 and Section 18.52.060 of the Richmond zoning ordinance. Premises located at 19 Oakland Road, Assessor’s Plat 4E, Lot 2-20.

 

D.        Continued Public Hearing from June 25, 2018

 

1) The Petition of GD Beaver River I, LLC, 3760 Quaker Lane, North Kingstown, RI 02852 appealing a memorandum from the zoning official dated April 2, 2018 specific to 18.45.030 (A) location of a solar energy system on the premises in an R-2 zoning district pursuant to Chapters 18.60.020 and Chapter 18.52 of the Richmond zoning ordinance.  Premises located at 172 Beaver River Road, Assessor’s plat 08E, lot 12.

 

2) The Petition of GD Beaver River I, LLC, 3760 Quaker Lane, North Kingstown, RI 02852 seek to request a special use permit to remove existing dwelling and install a 5.3 MW AC solar project on the premises in an R-2 zoning district pursuant to Chapter 18.34 titled Solar Energy System; Chapter 18.52, Chapter 18.16 Use Code 506.  Premises located at 172 Beaver River Road, Assessor’s Plat 08E, Lot 12.
