Original: “We recommend $19,568,378 for the municipal budget (a reduction of $85,098 from the proposed budget).” 

To

Corrected: “We recommend $19,574,508 for the municipal operating budget (a reduction of $78,967) and $1,607,000 for the municipal capital budget (a reduction of $6,000).”
