·       Award bid for a 2020 16,500 GVW Dump Truck for $73,850.00

·       Planning Department:

o   Award bid to Develop Resiliency Plan for Bay Spring, in the amount of $18,500.00.

o   Award bid to Complete Renovations to Lower Level of the Peck Center, in the amount of $984,925, to include a contingency of $38,080.14 (Total:  $1,023,005.14)

v 2019-26 An Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 67-20 Apiaries (bees)

v 2019-27 An Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 69 Athletic and Recreational Facilities and 134 Park and Recreation (banning tobacco products)

v 2019-30 An Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 144 Use of Public Lands
