      Average increase is 14%.

      Appeal process:

1.    Informal review with Northeast Revaluation (March 4th – 25th).

2.    Appeal to Tax Assessor.

3.    Appeal to the Town’s Board of Assessment Review.

4.    Superior Court suit.
