Barrington Town Council

Executive Session Minutes

Monday, May 24, 2021 at 5:00pm

This meeting was opened in open session and then held in closed session via password for the members of the Town Council.  The Public Zoom meeting will remain open during Executive Session to allow public meeting adjournment.

Present:                   President Michael W. Carroll, Vice President Rob Humm, Councilor Jacob Brier, Councilor Annelise Conway and Councilor Carl Kustell

Also, Present:            Town Manager Jim Cunha, Town Solicitor Mike Ursillo (departed 5:53pm), Town Planner Phil Hervey, and Town Clerk Meredith J. DeSisto 

President Carroll called the meeting to order at 5:02pm.

Motion by Councilor Kustell and seconded by Councilwoman Conway to move into Executive Session at 5:02pm in accordance with 42-46-5 (a) (5) Acquisition of Property.

Motion by President Carroll and seconded by Vice President Humm to close the Executive Session at 6:16pm and reconvene the Open Session and that during the Executive Session a motion was made and that the minutes of the Executive Session are to be sealed.  The motion passed 5-0-0-0, in favor, President Carroll, Vice President Humm, Councilman Brier, Councilwoman Conway and Councilman Kustell.

Motion by Councilman Brier and seconded by Councilwoman Conway to adjourn the Open Session at 6:18p.m.
