Town Council Meeting Minutes

Monday, November 22, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.

Council Chamber, Barrington Town Hall

Present:                   President Michael W. Carroll, Vice President Robert Humm, Jacob N. S. Brier, Annelise Conway and Carl Kustell

Also, Present:            Town Manager Jim Cunha, Town Solicitor Mike Ursillo, Business and Finance Director Kathy Raposa, Tax Assessor Ken Mallette, Town Planner Philip Hervey, Police Chief Dino DeCrescenzo, Fire Chief Gerald Bessette, Public Works Director Allan Corvi, Library Director Kristin Chin, Recreation and Senior Services Director Michele Geremia, Human Resources Director Mari-Ann Oliveira and Town Clerk Meredith J. DeSisto

Council President Carroll called the meeting to order at 7:01 P.M.

THE TOWN COUNCIL TO HOST A MEET AND GREET WITH THE NEW TOWN MANAGER PHIL HERVEY:

President Michael Carroll introduced the newly selected Town Manager Phil Hervey.  Mr. Hervey discussed his future goals for the Town of Barrington.
