Present: (Town Council sitting as Trustees): Trustee President Annelise Conway, Vice President Braxton Cloutier, Trustee Kate Berard (arrived at 6:50PM), Trustee Rob Humm and Trustee Carl Kustell,

Trustee President Conway called the AMEY TUCKER SPENCER TRUST FUND MEETING to order at 6:36 P.M.
Motion by Vice President Cloutier and seconded by Trustee Humm to approve the Amey Tucker Spencer Trust Fund minutes from March 6, 2023. The motion passed in favor 4-0-0-1 President Conway, Vice President Cloutier, Trustee Humm and Trustee Kustell; no one opposed, no recusals and one (1) abstention, Trustee Berard (absent).
Planning Director Teresa Crean introduced the new Spencer Trust Administrator Karen Griffith Dieterich.
FY2023 BUDGET
Approved Budget
On February 6, 2023, the Trustees adopted a partial budget for FY2023 to cover the administrator’s salary. On March 6, 2023, the Trustees adopted a partial budget for FY2023 to cover Spencer Trust funding request and management fees. All unspent budgeted amounts for FY2022 carry forward. The amounts approved at the February and March meetings for FY2023 are as follows:
· Administrator Salary: $30,000
· Management Fees: $26,000
· Funding Requests
o East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP): $20,000
o TAP-IN: $5,000
o Meals on Wheels: $5,000
o Barrington Farm School: $5,000
Total Budgeted to Date, FY2023: $91,000

Motion by Vice President Cloutier and seconded by Trustee Kustell to accept the FY23 budget as presented by former Spencer Trust Administrator Debra Page-Trim. The motion passed in favor 4-0-0-1 President Conway, Vice President Cloutier, Trustee Humm and Trustee Kustell; no one opposed, no recusals and one (1) abstention, Trustee Berard (absent).
