1.    Call to Order.

 

2.    Discuss and Act on Minutes from April 3, 2023

 

3.    Discuss and Act:  Award stipend in the amount of $2,400.00 to the Spencer Trust town staff liaison from July 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024, paid in two installments of $1,200, to cover the staff time required to onboard, transition and train the new Spencer Trust Administrator contract position.

 

4.    Discuss and Act:  Award an annual stipend in the amount of $2,500.00 per year, paid in quarterly installments of $625.00, to the Spencer Trust Town Staff Liaison, to cover the staff time to manage the Spencer Trust Administrator’s weekly duties, and provide relevant signatures and Town support as needed with Home Repair Assistance and Emergent Fund requests.
