Approve Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell Parcel 6 (approximately 1.75 Acres, a/k/a “Pocket Neighborhood” site) to FJS Associates, Ltd. or its permitted assignee (“FJS”) for One Dollar ($1) and other consideration including FJS’s development of 12 age restricted units, 5 of which will be “affordable” to Low and Moderate Income buyers, all pursuant to Proposal and Amendment as submitted by FJS and Memorandum of Understanding as subsequently approved by the Town Council and the Barrington Financial Town Meeting.
