4.        Discuss and Act: Fiscal Year 2026-27 Municipal Operating and Capital Budgets

5.         Discuss and Act: To Approve Exceeding the 4% Tax Levy Increase Cap 

6.        Discuss and Act:  Resolution of the Town Council Approving the Issuance of notto exceed$120,000,000 Bonds and Notes
for theconstruction, improvement, renovation, alteration, furnishing andequipping of publicschools and school facilities in the town and all expensesincidenttheretoincluding, butnot limited to, costs of design,athleticfields, playgrounds, landscaping, parking and costs of financing 

 

7.        Discuss and Act:  Resolution of the Town Council Approving the issuance of general obligation bonds and/or Notes in an Amount Not to Exceed $5,000,000
to finance the athletic fields project and the Annawamscutt Brook Culvert Project and all other costs incidental or related thereto.
