A. Discussion and possible vote on adopting the proposed regular meeting schedule for 2025.

B. Discussion and possible vote on findings and recommendations for Application #PZB-2025-02UDR:

Pawtucket Central Falls Development Corp., of 204 Broad St., Pawtucket, RI, owner and applicant of the subject property, 342 High Street (AP 1, LOT 26), is seeking Master Plan and Preliminary Plan approval(s) under a Major Land Development review to construct a 36-unit residential dwelling. Pursuant to Unified Development Review, the applicant is seeking dimensional variances from the Central Falls Zoning Ordinance for maximum height, minimum front yard, and minimum lot area per dwelling unit requirements (Art. IV, Sec. 401, R-3 zone), as well as setbacks of parking spaces requirements (Art. VIII, Sec. 801.3).
