Lai Yee Chin, of 32 Gurney Street, East Providence, RI, applicant for 16-18 New Haven Avenue (Plat 2, Lot 117), is seeking Minor Subdivision approval to create two (2) 4,500 square foot lots and Preliminary Plan approval for a proposed Minor Land Development to develop a 2-unit residential building on a newly proposed lot. Pursuant to Unified Development Review, the applicant is also requesting Dimensional Variances for minimum lot size and maximum lot coverage.
