Hugo Figueroa, 18 Evaleen St., Central Falls, RI, owner and applicant for 757 High St., Central Falls, RI (Plat 1, Lot 183 in an R-2 multi-household district), is seeking a Dimensional Variance for relief from Article IV, Section 401 (minimum side yard) to allow a setback of 6 ft. (2 feet less than the 8 ft. minimum) to permit construction of a one-story addition to the rear of the house for residential use.
