a)       SP-26-24 & CU-26-11 SISTERS & BROTHERS INVESTMENT GROUP C/O RL VALLEE:

(Continued from March 11, 2026) Site Plan and Conditional Use application to amend a previous Site Plan approval for a 2,700 square foot Convenience Store with Gasoline Sales (Use 2.111) in the General Development Four (GD4) and General Development Four Commercial Overlay (GD4C) Districts. Proposed amendment includes: 1) construction of a 1,860 sf addition to the principal structure; 2) site modifications including a 4 ft 6 in pavement extension to the northern parking area, relocation of the trash enclosure, relocation of guard rail, light poles, bollards, and air/vacuum station, new bicycle rack, and addition of five (5) parking spaces. b)      SP-26-30 COLCHESTER BUSINESS PARK ASSOC. & UNIVERISTY OF VERMONT AND STATE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE:

Site Plan Application for a stormwater management project on a property located in the Commercial (COM) District. The project is to retrofit an existing stormwater pond with a new pretreatment forebay as part of the 3-Acre Stormwater Permit for the Colchester Business Park. Proposal includes the removal of over 100 cubic yards of material and work located within a class II wetland and buffer. c)       FP-26-14 MARTIN KRAG, AMANDA REILLY & JANINE PARADEE:

Final Plat Application for a minor two lot subdivision in the Residential One (R1) and Shoreland Overlay Districts (SD). Existing ±2.36-acre lot to be subdivided into 1) Lot 1 to be ±1.18 acres in size and 2) Lot 2 to be ±1.18 acres in size and merged with the property at 235 Crooked Creek pursuant to §2.04-E.
