a)       SP-26-22: COLCHESTER TOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT: Site Plan application to construct an addition to an existing Elementary School (Use 5.110). Project includes 1) partial demolition of the existing 24,080 sf  Elementary School, 2) construction of a 2-story, 18,395 sf footprint addition and renovation of the remaining 14,415 sf building, and 3) reconfiguration and expansion of supporting infrastructure including parking, circulation lanes, and on-site wastewater and stormwater systems. A height waiver for the structure measuring 40 ft 6 inches is specifically requested as part of this application. Proposed project will result in 64,757 sf gross floor area and up to 330 students and staff. Subject property is located at 253 Main Street, Account #26-026003-0000000.  (staff)
