Existing 10.31-acre parcel to be subdivided into 1) Lot 1 to be 0.92 acres in size and developed with a Multi-Unit Dwelling with four (4) units and 2) Lot 2 to be 9.39 acres and include an off-site wastewater system to serve Lot 1 but otherwise remain undeveloped at this time.
