1. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Chair Nadine Scibek called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM.
Selectboard: Nadine Scibek, Chair; Tom Mulcahy; Jeffrey Bartley; Jacki Murphy. Absent: Herbert Downing
Staff: Dawn H. Francis, Town Manager; Aaron Frank, Deputy Town Manager and CFO
Others in Attendance: Pru Sullivan
2. Discussion: Community Vision and Resource Alignment
The Selectboard participated in a variety of team-building exercises and discussions of goals and their priorities for accomplishment of those goals.
3. Adjournment
At 11:50 AM Motion was made by Tom Mulcahy and SECONDED by Jeffrey Bartley to adjourn the meeting.
The MOTION carried 4-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:51 AM.
