The applicant proposes to build ten condominiums, three of which would be affordable. The existing building would be converted into two units. New construction includes one, 2-unit building and two, 3-unit buildings.

The applicant is requesting the property be rezoned from R-1 to C-2 and proposes to construct a new building on the property to include a commercial use on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor. The application requires Special Use Permits and variances from the zoning ordinance.
