Ordinance 2026-01 Amending Sections of the Code of Ordinances Relating to Stormwater Management, Flood Hazards, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control, and Utilities.
The Code of Ordinances is proposed for amendment to address climate resiliency and best planning practices.
8. Town Council Recommendation
Ordinance 2026-03 Amending Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Cumberland, Rhode Island, as amended.
The Zoning Ordinance is proposed for amendment to address climate resiliency and best planning practices.
