4.      Pre-Application Meeting
Minor Subdivision with Street Creation
Owner/Applicant: Bluestone Development Group, LLC/Macari Properties, Inc.
Location: 3307, 3311, & 3922 Diamond Hill Road (AP 26 Lots 23, 24, & 70)
The applicant is proposing to subdivide three (3) existing lots into five (5) lots to build five (5) single family dwellings. The applicant proposes to create a new road and will likely request waivers for width of pavement and sidewalks.
NO VOTE WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING.

 

5.      Pre-Application Meeting
Major Land Development
Owner/Applicant: TMSA Realty LLC
Location: 3 Pine Swamp Road (AP 50 Lot 25)
The applicant is proposing a 7,200 square foot, two-story commercial development at 3 Pine Swamp Road. The applicant will be required to seek a zoning change from C-1 (Limited Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial) to bring the existing gas station into conformance with zoning ordinances.
NO VOTE WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING.

 

6.      Public Hearing
Unified Development for Minor Subdivision with dimensional variance: Preliminary Plan
Owner/Applicant: Susan McKee
Location: 12 Hillside Road (AP 26 Lot 54)
The applicant is seeking approval of the Preliminary Plan to subdivide one existing lot into two (2) lots. The newly created lot will include a driveway on Parcel B, with an access easement for the benefit of Parcel A and neighboring Assessor’s Plat 26, Lot 55, which is provided on an existing driveway presently used by the subject property and Lot 55. The project requires dimensional variances for 40.04 feet of frontage along Diamond Hill Road and Parcel B proposes 70 feet of frontage along Hillside Road instead of the required 100 feet.

7.      Public Hearing
Unified Development Review for Administrative Subdivision with dimensional relief
Owner/Applicant: Sequel Realty, LLC and Kinsman, LLC
Location: 3507 Houtman Avenue (AP 52 Lot 218) and 3507 Mendon Road (AP 52 Lot 215)
The applicant requests to subdivide two lots by moving lot lines and will require dimensional relief.

8.      Public Hearing
Unified Development Review for an Administrative Subdivision with a waiver request
Owner/Applicant: Northeast Building Company, Inc.
Location: 24 Park View Trail (AP 64 Lots 184, 196, 197, 198, 202, 203, 204 & 865)
The applicant proposes merging eight lots into five and placing five single-family dwellings on each newly created lot. The project requires a waiver and dimensional relief.

9.      Public Hearing
Major Land Development/Conservation Development: Master Plan
Owner/Applicant: The Homes at Waterman Pond, LLC
Location: 106 Bear Hill Road (AP 17 Lot 21) and 110 Bear Hill Road (AP 17 Lot 14)
The applicant proposes constructing four multifamily residential buildings: two 5-unit buildings and two 4-unit buildings, for a total of 18 two-bedroom condominium units. The project is proposed as a conservation development within the R-3 zoning district, which is serviced by public water and public sewer.
A VOTE ON THIS APPLICATION MAY BE TAKEN.
