The special meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. SECTION §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)
a. Sessions pertaining to litigation R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a)(2)
b. Discussions or considerations related to the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; potential vote on matter. R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a)(5)
MOTION BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 7/0.
MOTION BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SHAW, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO SEAL THE MINUTES. VOTE 7/0.
MOTION BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SHAW, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN AT 8:01P.M. VOTE 7/0.
