MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CUMBERLAND TOWN COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3, 2021 AT 7:00 P.M.
VIRTUAL - CLOSED SESSION
The special meeting was called to order at 7:02p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Council President Kinch, Councilors Bradley, Beaulieu, Magill, Shaw, Schmitt, and Metivier.
Also present – Mayor Jeffrey Mutter, Town Clerk Sandra M. Giovanelli, Town Solicitor Kelley Morris Salvatore
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)
a. Discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public. R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a)(5)
MOTION BY COUNCILOR SCHMITT, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION BY A ROLL CALL. VOTE 7/0.
