All licenses are granted pending payment of outstanding taxes, fire department approval and certificate of good standing, when applicable.

 

Public hearing opened at 7:45pm.

 

President Kinch asked to take Nellie’s Lounge out of order for discussion. As with their liquor license, that license was granted but has not yet been issued. We would like to renew the license at this time, subject to the issuance of the license prior to it expiring November 30, 2021. He asked for a motion.
