2.  R-22-22 – A resolution authorizing and empowering Mayor Jeffrey J. Mutter to purchase a vehicle lift for the Cumberland Highway Department from Gary Bloom Sales, Inc. in an amount no to exceed eight-thousand seven-hundred and eighty-nine dollars ($8,789.00)
