MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF JANUARY 19, 2022 AT 7:00 P.M.

OPEN SESSION
The special meeting was called to order at 7:07p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Council President Kinch, Councilors Magill, Shaw, Metivier, Beaulieu and Schmitt.
Councilor Bradley joined the meeting at 7:09pm.

1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)
a. Discussions or considerations related to the acquisition and disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public. R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a)(5)
b. Discussion pertaining to potential litigation. R.I.G.L. 42-46-5(a)(2)
MOTION BY COUNCILOR SCHMITT, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 6/0
Councilor Bradley joined the meeting after this vote was taken.
MOTION BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SHAW, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO SEAL THE MINUTES. VOTE 7/0.
2. ADJOURNMENT:
