The special meeting was called to order at 6:33p.m.

VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) 1-9)
a. Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining. §42-46-5(a)(2).
· Tentative Agreement with International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Cumberland Local 640
· Tentative Agreement with General Teamsters Local 251
MOTION BY COUNCILOR BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SHAW, AND IT IS VOTED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 7/0
MOTION BY COUNCILOR SHAW, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR MAGILL, AND IT IS VOTED TO SEAL THE MINUTES. VOTE 7/0.
2. ADJOURNMENT:
