MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CUMBERLAND TOWN COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2024 AT 7:00P.M.

The special meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Council President Kinch, Councilors Magill, Metivier, Shaw, Beaulieu and Sweet.
Absent- Kelley M. Salvatore and Councilor Bradley.
Also present – Mayor Jeffrey J. Mutter, Town Clerk Sandra M. Giovanelli, Deputy Town Clerk Kerri A. Rossi
VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)
· Discussion or consideration related to the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public. §42-46-5(a)(5)
MOTION BY COUNCILORS MAGILL/BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SHAW TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 6/0.
