CALL TO ORDER
Council President Kinch called the special meeting to order at 6:31p.m.
PRESENT: Council President Kinch, Councilors Bradley, Shaw, Magill, Metivier, Beaulieu (arrived at 6:39 p.m.), and Sweet (arrived at 6:39 p.m.)
Also present were Mayor Jeffrey J. Mutter; Kelley Morris Salvatore, Town Solicitor; and Sandra Giovanelli, Town Clerk.
MOTION BY COUNCILOR SHAW, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR MAGILL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 5/0.
Councilors Beaulieu and Sweet were not present.
VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)
· Discussions or considerations related to the acquisition of real property for public purposes wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public, potential action. §42-46-5(a)(5)
