a. Discussions or considerations related to the acquisition of real property for public purposes wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; potential action. §42-46-5(a)(5)
b. Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining. §42-46-5(a)(2) Tentative Agreement with International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Cumberland Local 640
