CALL TO ORDER

Council President Kinch called the regular meeting to order at 6:00pm.

PRESENT: Council President Kinch, Councilors Bradley, Beaulieu, Sweet, and Shaw Jr.

ABSENT: Councilor Magill and Metivier

Also present were Mayor Jeffrey J. Mutter; Kelley Morris Salvatore, Town Solicitor; and Kerri Rossi, Deputy Town Clerk

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

VOTE BY OPEN CALL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ITEMS OF BUSINESS CITED IN R.I.G.L. §42-46-5 (a) (1-9)

MOTION BY COUNCILOR SHAW, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR SWEET TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. VOTE 5/0.

a. Discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, and the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; two matters, potential action. §42-46-5(a)(5)

b. Sessions pertaining to potential litigation; potential action. §42-46-5(a)(2)

c. Discussions of a grievance filed pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, related to employee discipline, or potential action. §42-46-5(a)(9)
