1. CALL TO ORDER 
The meeting was called to order at 7:33p.m. by Chairman Shaw.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Acceptance of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 4, 2020
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DWYER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONERS BEAULIEU AND KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 7/0.
3. OLD BUSINESS
A. CLASS A LICENSE – PUBLIC HEARING:
1. An application for a transfer of a Class A license from Michael and Rebecca Plasse to Shivanand Inc., d/b/a Cumberland Hill Liquors located at 3450 Mendon Road (tabled from March 4, 2020)
Public hearing opened at 7:34p.m.
Business owner Vidal Moshi, 5 Shadowbrook Crossing, East Greenwich, was present to speak on behalf of his application.
Commissioner Shaw asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or against.
Public hearing closed at 7:36p.m.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DWYER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 7/0.
B. CLASS BNT LICENSE – PUBLIC HEARING:
1. An application for a Class BNT from DJP Marques Churrasqueira located at 100 Mill Street (tabled from March 4, 2020)
Public hearing opened at 7:37p.m.
Commissioner Shaw asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or against.
Public hearing closed at 7:38p.m.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER GEMSKI, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONERS DWYER AND KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE SUBJECT TO TIPS CERTIFICATION, INSURANCE CERTIFICATE, PERMIT TO MAKE SALES, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, AND BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL. VOTE 7/0.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were none.
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DWYER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN AT 7:40P.M. VOTE 7/0.
