Chairman Shaw stated the following:

 

This meeting will be available to the public by video or telephone conference.  All members of the Town Council will be participating remotely. Members of the public can listen or participate by clicking on the link posted on the agenda on the town website or using the phone numbers listed as well.

The meeting was called to order at 8:04p.m. by Chairman Shaw.

1. An application for a Class BNT from Charles Moreau d/b/a Chucky’s Creamery located at 48 West Wrentham Road

 

Commissioner Schmitt commented that it was his recollection that the zoning had changed from R-1 to C-1 in 2016, and then changed in 2017 to add two uses; he thought a stipulation was made at that time that no liquor be served.

 

Solicitor Morris-Salvatore asked to hold off on the advertising of this until she had an opportunity to review the history.
