CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:31p.m. by Chairman Metivier

Present: Chairman Metivier, Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Magill, Shaw and Beaulieu

Absent: Commissioner Schmitt

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES

A. Acceptance of minutes of the regular meeting of June 20, 2022

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.

NEW BUSINESS

A. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVING OF ALCOHOL LICENSE

1. An application for a temporary outdoor serving of alcohol license from Our Lady of Fatima Church for Our Lady of Fatima Annual Feast located at 1 Fatima Drive, to be held September 2^nd through September 4^th, 2022

Dora Fina and Paula Neves were present to speak to the application.

Public hearing opened at 7:32pm

Public hearing closed at 7:34pm

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE PENDING FINAL INSPECTION FROM FIRE AND BUILDING. VOTE 6/0.

B. CLASS F ONE-DAY LIQUOR LICENSE

1. An application for two one-day Class F Licenses from Fred Lermer of the Cumberland Beagle Club for the Boy Scout’s September 10^th cigar Smoker and the Beagle Club’s Annual Game Dinner on September 18^th.

Fred Lermer was present to speak to the applications.

Everything was in order for these licenses.

Public hearing closed at 7:38pm

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
