The meeting was called to order at 7:36p.m. by Chairman Metivier
Present: Chairman Metivier, Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Magill, Beaulieu, and Schmitt
Absent: Commissioner Shaw
ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Acceptance of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 4, 2022
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
NEW BUSINESS
A. CLASS F ONE-DAY LIQUOR LICENSE
1. An application for a one-day Class F License from Cumberland Youth Activities Council for Cumberlandfest at Diamond Hill Park on August 5th, 6th, and 7th.
Pending insurance, plot plan, lease agreement and approval from Taxes, Building, Police, Fire, and EMS
Public hearing opened at 7:38pm
Jerry Schimmel, 158 Bear Hill Road, was present to speak to the application.
Public hearing closed at 7:39pm
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE PENDING RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE ITEMS. VOTE 6/0.
