The meeting was called to order at 6:03p.m. by Chairman Metivier
Present: Chairman Metivier, Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Magill, Beaulieu, and Schmitt
Absent: Commissioner Shaw
NEW BUSINESS
A. CLASS F ONE-DAY LIQUOR LICENSE
1. An application for a one-day Class F License from Cumberland Beagle Club for the Annual Layla’s Dream Motorcycle Run being held on July 16, 2022, rain date July 17, 2022.
Public hearing opened at 6:03pm
Fred Lermer was present to speak to the application. Mr. Lermer described the event and confirmed they were anticipating between 50 and 100 motorcycles to be present.
Pending Fire and EMS approval.
Public hearing closed at 6:05pm
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
