The meeting was called to order at 7:31p.m. by Chairman Metivier

A. Acceptance of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 6, 2022
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMITT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
A. PERMANENT OUTDOOR EXPANSION OF PREMISE FOR SERVING OF ALCOHOL – PUBLIC HEARING 
1. An application for a Permanent Expansion of Premises from La Familia located 1666 Diamond Hill Road
Everything was in order for this license.

Owner Debra Amaya was present to speak to the application.

1. An application for a Temporary Outdoor Serving license from Club Juventude Lusitana located at 10 Chase Street, for their St. John’s Annual Feast to be held June 24 and 25, 2022.
Pending EMS, final fire, tent and food safety inspections.

B. CLASS F ONE-DAY LIQUOR LICENSE
1. An application for a one-day Class F License from Blackstone River Theatre for their After-Festival Music Session to be at the theatre located at 549 Broad Street on June 18, 2022.

Executive Director Russell Gusetti was present to discuss the application. Everything was in order.

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
