The meeting was called to order at 7:41p.m. by Vice Chairman Magill
Present: Commissioners Kinch, Shaw, Magill, Schmitt and Bradley
Recused: Chairman Metivier
Absent: Commissioner Beaulieu
ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Acceptance of Minutes of the regular meeting of May 17, 2023.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 5/0.
3. OLD BUSINESS
A. SHOW CAUSE HEARING
1. Appearance by Club Juventude Lusitana, Inc. dba Club Juventude Lusitana, 10 Chase Street Show Cause Hearing related to incidents occurring on October 22, 2022, potential actions. (6 Month Review)
Chairman Magill noted that due to improper notice the matter will be tabled to June 21, 2023.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 5/0.
