1. Appearance by Club Juventude Lusitana, Inc. dba Club Juventude Lusitana, 10 Chase Street Show Cause Hearing related to incidents occurring on October 22, 2022, potential actions. (6 Month Review) (Tabled from June 7, 2023)

1. An application from Apothica Inc. d/b/a Blackstone Herbs and Coffee Bar, located at 3 Dexter Street
Vice Chairmamn Magill noted that this item had been categorized as Old Business on the agenda and asked for a motion to amend the agenda to correct item 4 as being under “New Business”.
