MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CUMBERLAND BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
MONDAY, JULY 17, 2024 AT 7:30P.M.

CALL TO ORDER 
The meeting was called to order at 7:30p.m. by Vice Chairman Magill
Present: Vice Chairman Magill, Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Shaw, Beaulieu and Schmitt
Absent: Chairman Metivier
ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Acceptance of Minutes of the special meeting of June 10, 2024.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Discussion and potential amendment(s) to the Order of the Board of Licenses dated December 20, 2022
Chairman Magill noted that Police Chief Benson was unable to attend this evening, and Chairman Magill asked to table this to the August 21, 2024 meeting so that the Chief could be present. The Clerk’s office had notified the Lusitana Club of the continuance prior to this meeting.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO TABLE TO AUGUST 21, 2024. VOTE 6/0.
B. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVING LICENSE
1. An application for a temporary outdoor serving license from Our Lady of Fatima Church for Our Lady of Fatima Annual Feast located at 1 Fatima Drive, to be held Friday, August 30th through Sunday, September 1st, 2024.
Pending final tent inspection and promoter’s permit.
Public hearing opened at 7:31pm
Church representative Luis Lourenco, 7 Barbette Drive, Lincoln was present to answer any questions from the Council.
Vice Chairman Magill asked if anyone wished to speak. There was no one.
Public hearing closed at 7:33pm
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 6/0.
