CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:02p.m. by Vice Chairman Magill

Present: Vice Chairman Magill, Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Shaw and Schmitt

Absent: Chairman Metivier & Commissioner Beaulieu

ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

 

A.  Acceptance of Minutes of the special meeting of June 5, 2024.

 

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE.  VOTE 5/0.

OLD BUSINESS  

A.  CLASS BNT

      1.  An application for a Class BNT License from JC Sleepy Hollow LLC dba The Dugout located at 7 Cray Street

 

Pending certificate of insurance.

Public hearing opened at 6:03pm

 

Applicants Christopher McComiskey and Jerry Podgursky were present to speak to their plans of leasing the basement at
7 Cray Street and opening The Dugout.

 

Vice Chairman Magill asked if anyone wished to speak. There was no one.

Public hearing closed at 6:05pm

 

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SHAW, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE.  VOTE 5/0.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were none.
