MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CUMBERLAND BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4, 2025 at 7:30 P.M.

Chairman Shaw calls the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Members Present: Chairman Shaw, Jr., Commissioners Kinch, Bradley, Magill, Metivier, Beaulieu, and Sweet

A. Acceptance of Minutes of the regular meeting of March 16, 2025.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 7/0.
1. An application for a Class F1 license from the Cumberland Beagle Club, 425 Nate Whipple Highway, for a Pig Roast on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
Public Hearing Opened at 7:31 p.m.
Paul Koussa, President of the Beagle Club, was present to discuss the Pig Roast event, which is a fundraiser for their junior rifle team. The tent will go up the weekend before the event to ensure enough time for the tent inspection that needs to be done by the Town.

MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER METIVIER, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE PENDING FINAL TENT INSPECTION. VOTE 7/0.
2. An application for a Class F1 license from Kingston Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Above and Beyond Bartending for a wedding to be held at The Lodge at Diamond Hill on August 23, 2025.

Maria Useinoski from Above and Beyond Bartending was present to answer any questions.

B. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVING LICENSE
1. An application for a temporary outdoor serving license from Lusitania Club Juventude for their annual feast on Friday, June 20, Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22, 2025.
