3. NEW BUSINESS
A. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVING LICENSE
1. An application for a temporary outdoor serving license from Furna Bar & Restaurant, 422 High Street, for a fundraiser on October 12, 2025, rain date October 13, 2025.
B. CLASS F LICENSE
1. An application for a Class F license from Adams Farms LLC, 158 Burnt Swamp Road, for a Beer Garden. Dates are: Saturday-Sunday, September 20-21, 2025; Friday-Sunday, September 26-28, 2025; Friday-Sunday, October 3-5, 2025; Friday-Monday, October 10-13, 2025; Friday-Sunday, October 17-19, 2025; Friday-Sunday, October 24-26, 2025; and, Friday-Sunday, October 31-November 2, 2025.
C. CLASS F-1 LICENSE
1. An application for a class F-1 license from Friends of Franklin Farm Association, for their annual Harvest Festival on September 27, 2025, with a rain date of September 28, 2025.
