A. Acceptance of Minutes of the regular meeting of May 6, 2026.
Motion by Councilor Kinch, seconded by Councilor Metivier, to approve. Vote 5/0. Councilor Tim Magill absent for the vote.

A. CLASS F LICENSE (One-day Beer & Wine Only)
1. An application from Phantom Farms II LLC dba Phantom Farms for a Class F license for a Craft and Vendor Fair located at 2920 Diamond Hill Road on August 15, 2026, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., rain date August 16, 2026.
