MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CUMBERLAND BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. All members were present.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Acceptance of Minutes of the regular meeting of April 15, 2026.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MAGILL AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 7/0.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. CLASS F (ONE DAY BEER & WINE LICENSE)
1. An application for a Class F License from Above and Beyond Bartending for a baby shower at The Lodge at Diamond Hill, 4097 Diamond Hill Road, on June 14, 2026 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
The public hearing was opened at 7:31p.m.
Maria Useinoski from Above and Beyond Bartending of 1230 Post Road, Warwick was present and brief them on the event.
The public hearing was closed at 7:32p.m.
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER KINCH, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BEAULIEU AND MAGILL, AND IT IS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE. VOTE 7/0.
