VII. COMMUNICATIONS - NONE
Any person who submits a communication to the Council and wishes to speak on it must indicate this in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the next regularly scheduled Council meeting. A person who lists more than one topic on their communication will be allowed to speak on the first one listed.
XIII. PUBLIC COMMENT
All persons wishing to make public comment shall sign a public comment sheet stating their name, address and the subject of their comments. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. The order of speakers will be on a first-come, first serve basis and the maximum time for public comment shall by limited to thirty (30) minutes per meeting.
1. Nancy Hale addressed the council to express her gratitude and thanks to Mayor DaSilva and Chief of Police Francesconi for the multiple traffic issues and concerns in her neighborhood including the installation of the crosswalk. It has made a big difference.

X. COUNCIL MEMBERS
2. Request for the city to move forward with laying the pad and purchasing the event tent for Crescent Park; Update on the concession/storage/office building project and Councilman Lawson
Chief of Staff Resende noted that the bids came in too high, no current plan at the time and currently going out for new bid; The city will move forward with the pad and tent.
3. Request for update on the feasibility study of the former Oldham and request to schedule a meeting at the school for the public to tour the building and add their input to the feasibility study. Councilman Lawson
Chief of Staff Resende informed the council that the city is currently finishing up concept models and soon will have designs of the facility. It was noted that at this time it is not recommended to have a tour of the building at this time
4. Union Primary complex neighborhood complaints. Vice President Rego
Council President Rego showed pictures of the current concerned. Chief of Staff Resende stated the city has met with the developer and they are currently making the necessary changes to address the complaints.

The Chief of Police Francesconi informed the council that RIEM notified him that the balance of his radios will become obsolete and will no longer be able to be serviced. The purchase of the new radios will be coming from the asset forfeiture account.
