EXETER TOWN COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING

JUNE 28, 2021

Pursuant to Executive Orders executed and extended by Governor Daniel McKee as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic at the time of posting to the Secretary of State Website, this meeting was conducted in person in Council Chambers, Exeter Town Clerk’s Office, 675 Ten Rod Road, Exeter, Rhode Island.

No. 1 CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:

The Special Meeting of the Exeter Town Council was called to order at 6:33 p.m., Monday, June 28, 2021.

Roll Call:	Daniel W. Patterson	Present
	Michael A. Lefebvre	Present
	Calvin A. Ellis	Present
	Olivia DeFrancesco	Absent
	Francis T. Maher, Jr.	Absent

Also Present:	Vincent F. Ragosta, Jr., Esq., Labor Attorney
	Lynn M. Hawkins, CMC, Town Clerk

No. 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION:

MOTION made by Mr. Ellis to enter into Executive Session to discuss Agenda Personnel Issues: Department of Public Works Harassment Claims [RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1)]; seconded by Mr. Lefebvre; and voted as follows:

Daniel W. Patterson Yes

Michael A. Lefebvre Yes

Calvin A. Ellis Yes

Motion passes.

Council entered into Executive Session at 6:34 p.m.

Council adjourned Executive Session at 7:34 p.m. and reassembled in open session.

MOTION made by Mr. Patterson to seal the minutes of the Executive Session;

seconded by Mr. Ellis; and voted unanimously in the affirmative.

No. 3 OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES:

There were no Other Administrative Issues.

No. 4 ADJOURNMENT:

MOTION made by Mr. Patterson to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Mr. Ellis;

and voted unanimously in the affirmative.

The Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
