The Special Meeting of the Exeter Town Council was called to order at 7:17 p.m., on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in the Joseph Walsh Performing Arts Center Auditorium, Exeter-West Greenwich Junior/Senior High School, 930 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island.

No. 2: PARTICIPATION: 2025 FINANCIAL TOWN MEETING:

Town Moderator Peter Lacouture commenced the meeting. Town Clerk Lynn Hawkins read

the Warrant into the record. Mr. Lacouture proceeded with lengthy discussion and voting regarding the proposed budget and resolutions. Council participated in the discussions.

No. 3: ADJOURNMENT:

MOTION made by Ms. DeFrancesco to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Mr. Ellis;

and voted unanimously in the affirmative.

The Special Meeting was adjourned at 10:09 p.m.
