The Special Meeting of the Exeter Town Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the Joseph Walsh Performing Arts Center Auditorium, Exeter-West Greenwich Junior/Senior High School, 930 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island.

No. 2: PARTICIPATION: 2026 FINANCIAL TOWN MEETING:

Town Moderator Peter Lacouture commenced the meeting. Town Clerk Lynn Hawkins

read the Warrant into the record. Mr. Lacouture proceeded with addressing the resolutions. Discussion ensued. Council participated in the discussions.
