A.      Preliminary Minor Subdivision- Ronald Mann Applicant and  Jason Whitford Irrevocable Trust; Owner; property located at Tripps Corner Road, Exeter, RI; Zoned RU-4 and further designated as Assessor’s Plat 35 Block 2 Lot 4; proposed 5 lot minor subdivision.

B.      Review and possible action regarding Planning Board representative to attend hearings and meetings regarding the Preserve at Rolling Greens and other projects in North Kingstown which may affect the Town of Exeter’s Comprehensive Plan.

C.      Review and possible action of recommendation to Town Council for proposed Planning Board Solar Ordinance

 

   IV.            PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING

D.      Continuation of Master Plan  Major Land Development- Green Development LLC.; Applicant and Roman Catholic Bishop Of Providence; Owner; property located at 84 Exeter Road, Exeter, RI; Zoned RU-4 and further designated as Assessor’s Plat 68 Block 1 Lot 1; proposed photovoltaic solar system.
